Albert C. Howard (1910-1999) was a graduate of Ballard Normal School and attended Morehouse College in Atlanta. He was an educator in the Bibb County school system for 37 years before retiring. Mr. Howard was active in community service for many years into retirement. He served as treasurer of Tremont Temple Baptist Church.
